Drop the "For reproducible builds..." part and I'll hit merge.
In an rpm context, a build relates to things done with rpmbuild(1) and rpmtsOrder() doesn't relate at all. And, that goes into opionated territory. Just stating the behavioral fact seems enough to me.
This gives a hint useful for anyone interested in reproducible builds. See also rpm-software-management#2219 (comment)
