This PR will bring the library up to date with smart-leds-traits 0.3.0 thus avoiding compatibility problems.
It also implements a new feature: Color reordering
Not every WS2812 compatible LED is using the same color scheme. This will help ease the integration of those "out-of-spec" LEDs.
