New option for random audio file replacers, added language (and fix for actual language files), and a litle memory improvement

Hi,
This plugin is amazing and light weight in your propose!

I have maded some improvements like:

• Disable wispher to save resources when the audio source is muted, not only when is disabled;
• Added option to use random sounds (from folder) as replacer;
• Fix audio files not loading if we not open the config window;

After fork and try to build on my own repository, i got that errors too in an untouch workflow (like as is on your repo). I can redo my changes to see if works. I got that we have different builds if we have tag changes, pull requests and commits.

On db4fd62 i have reverted to original version, you can ignore the other pendent check and run only the latest
