ctrl-j keybinding causes hang #33

I tried to run zsh-bench recently, for the first time. I was very surprised that it simply hung and never completed. Some bisection later I was eventually able to figure out that the issue was:
widget-and-bind -v '^J' fzf-cd-widget
Having something bound to ^J breaks zsh-bench for me. I know that ^J is "like" enter to the terminal but I don't fully understand the extent; obviously I've been using this keybinding for a long time and it's worked fine and is separate from enter. ^J probably isn't even that rare of a binding given vim etc, so maybe a note about this could at least be added to the docs? I'm not sure if a fix is possible or if you're interested in one.
