Add Reboot and CheckUpdate functions to Roku plugin
This PR adds two new functions to the Roku plugin for swup:
Reboot: Remotely reboot the Roku deviceCheckUpdate: Check for available software updates on the Roku deviceThese functions extend the plugin's device management capabilities.
