Changes timer to run the frame calculation every frame rather than every 0.1s, so that per tick timers can be configured using the timer system.
Add a new
AddTickTimermethod which is a convenience method to create a timer withTickCount * Server.TickIntervalas the delay/interval, since this is equivalent to a15.625ms tick timer
