One Line Summary

Added a BluetoothManager for retrieving the already paired bluetooth devices, discover nearby devices, pair and un-pair them.

Issue(s) Addressed

Closes #72 (except for the R/W BLE Operation, will address this in a separated PR).

Steps to Reproduce/Test

Added a Bluetooth Menu in the Home Screen for testing this.
The user can visualize the Paired Devices and unpair them by clicking on the list item.
The user can pair a new device by clicking on the "Search Nearby Devices" button and then on the desired device.

Checklist

  • Functionally tested
  • Unit tests created / updated
  • Backend dependencies deployed (if needed)

I've tested it on few devices:

Xiaomi Android 10:

  • un-pairing doesn't work, devices are still paired and connected. They show up when I re-enter the screen,
  • search devices doesn't work even when devices (Creative Labs Outlier Air True Wireless) are in pairing mode.

Samsung Android 11:

  • search devices doesn't work even when devices are in pairing mode.

Samsung Android 9:

  • search devices works, when I click pair it starts pairing L headphone, after that R headphone, but than the app crashes.

OnePlus Android 6:

  • same thing as on Samsung Android 9.
