What does this PR do?

Use MODAL_TOKEN_ID_FOR_DEPLOYMENT and MODAL_TOKEN_SECRET_FOR_DEPLOYMENT in modal.custom_python_block.deploy.yml

Note

Switches the Modal deploy GitHub Actions workflow to dedicated deployment credentials.

  • In modal.custom_python_block.deploy.yml, replaces MODAL_TOKEN_ID/MODAL_TOKEN_SECRET with MODAL_TOKEN_ID_FOR_DEPLOYMENT/MODAL_TOKEN_SECRET_FOR_DEPLOYMENT for the Deploy Modal App step
