Fix unreadable color theme in job agent resume editor (contrast issue)

On the job agent page, when generating a resume and using the edit pane, the current color theme results in a white background with light gray text. This makes the content very hard to read and difficult to edit. The edit pane should better match the overall dark theme of the site. Please update the editor styling such that:

• The background uses a significantly darker color to match the rest of the dark theme.
• The editable text is much lighter (preferably high-contrast white or near-white), ensuring optimal readability.
• There is strong contrast between the text and background in both normal and focused states.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the job agent page.
2. Generate a resume.
3. Open the edit pane for the resume section.
4. Observe the low-contrast white/gray color scheme that makes editing very difficult.

Expected:

• The edit pane uses a dark background and lighter, strongly contrasting text colors for readability.

Please align the edit pane's color scheme with the site-wide dark theme and ensure strong text/background contrast for accessibility and usability.
