Where did this layout come from? This is what I understand is a GBoard Russian QWERTY version:

Seems that э and ч are moved around a bit. It's the same layout I get with KDE, I made it after it. If there is demand for it, we can add the other яверт layout later. Or will you just copy the GBoard one?

If doesn't work like GBoard, people file bugs.
