Integration with GEHome / SmartHQ - can't get remain_time and start_time to work together

Describe the bug
I have configured start_time and remain_time, but I cannot get the bar to actually 'fill' as the countdown happens. I get the remain_time working, but the bar basically appears fully green. Adding the start_time (unix timestamp) isn't really doing anything.

Hi! This is a great issue because you made me realize the docs are incorrect. This is not true:

For these, you can use (Remaining Time + one of Start Time/Duration + Guess Mode or Active State) or (Remaining Time + Active State)

I need to add the code to make this work.

In the meantime, if you have an entity that shows the duration, or if you have both a start time and end time, those are those are the only 2 ways you can currently make remain_time option work.
