The previous implicit formatting meant that strings containing percent signs were rendered as `%(MISSING)`. We now have Debugf/Debug, etc., similar to the standard log package. Signed-off-by: andreasjansson <[email protected]>

Torch comes with pre-built versions of CUDA/CuDNN, and they work when the system version is greater or equal to the bundled version Signed-off-by: andreasjansson <[email protected]>
