Dashboard & PR actions don't work

I'm using this github action for dependency updates for a while (private company repositories) and each time I tried to use check boxes to run tasks such as retry, rebase, etc., but it always results on these tasks being marked as done, but in fact nothing is executed until I run workflow manually. Is it supposed to work this way? I tried to use github renovate app (not the action) on a dummy project and these check boxes were working fine.

It's supposed to work that way. GitHub Actions do not receive webhooks that way
