Should switch to none or default workspace when localhost connection is not established.

When i remove all workspaces, it displays none and when i switch to localhost i see the modal dialog for connecting. If i hit cancel, it doesn't switch back to none and when i switch back to localhost it doesn't show the connect to localhost modal anymore.

There is also a bug when the connection to remixd gets broken from the terminal, an error message is displayed in remix-ide and the files remain static. After switching to a another workspace, it still remains static (new workspace files are not loaded).
