- Increase traffic analysis duration from 30s to 60s in endpoint types test to allow sufficient time for push notification analysis - Fix TLS config test function name by replacing Cyrillic 'Т' with ASCII 'T' to ensure proper test discovery

In our internal infra, we get failures due to sleeping too close to comfort.
Also fixed a cyrilic letter, and skipped the tls tests, as they previously weren't running in the infra
