Format error message for invalid options of flags

## Description

**Version**: 0.24.3

For invalid output format, the error message is printed as:

```
Error: invalid value "output" for --js, valid options are: '"json", "yml", "yaml"
```


### Steps to reproduce

1. Run the following command:
```
./rhoas kafka consumergroup describe --id 277383 --output js
```
