Standardise colors used when printing

We are using colors in some places but this has not been a uniform approach.

Create a package which abstracts from https://github.com/fatih/color to include a select number of purpose-based color functions.

• Code - use this to print code or command snippets
• Info - general purpose color for information messages
• Success - use this when you want to highlight a success
• Error - use this when you want to highlight an error
