`rhoas cluster info` should be `rhoas cluster status`

In my view cluster info is more about low-level cluster information like etcd, kubelet etc.

Should status be used instead as it shows a snapshot of what is needed for MAS? @wtrocki

yep if we go with concept of status for every service and other things + global status it makes sense.
