Status could be on the top level rather than managed kafka

Since CLI has state stored in the global config and there is a lot of different elements.
Additionaly with context of the services we can print status of the kafka but also future services as well.

This was suggested in context of connect command that uses Kafka, OpenShift and other elements that CLI relies on.

I had some discussion about this with community member and this is something we can discuss (status for each service vs global status). No strong opinion but.. it is worth logging

Yes. Why to choose when you can have both :)
Good idea overal. Status can print all the individual component statuses - this is where the concept of SDK shines
