Move dishka integrations to external libraries

This library is updated infrequently and often falls behind new versions of integration libraries, which forces users to implement their own inject functions. It might be better to move all integrations into external libraries and maintain them under the reagento organization, giving users a smoother and more enjoyable developer experience.

I do not see an issue here, because most of the frameworks rarely release incompatible versions. I propose starting with libraries which really require often updates.
