- yarn build was broken because it could not resolve relative links to README(s) outside the docs folder in extractor's documentation. - Link to GitHub README files directly to fix broken `yarn build` for docs. Also fix some broken links in docs/docs/example/README.md that _wasn't_ breaking the build. - Small fixes for recipe, sink, and table formatting.

yarn buildfor docs. Also fix some broken links in docs/docs/example/README.md that wasn't breaking the build.
