fix: broken plugin tests on ci

Have enabled Plugin Test on the current branch for testing plugins on CI, need to delete it before PR is merged.

Plugins that are currently failing in ci and need to be fixed:

• bigtable - tried using different config, like skipping the -cf flag, referred docs for the docker image and config seems proper, tried increasing time limit, and also ran it as the only test locally and on ci. But it still fails.
• clickhouse - tried different config and ports, have tried different docker image.
• kafka
• superset

bigtable, clickhouse, kafka are still broken. I wonder if it is caused by the misconfigured dockertest
