This is ready to merge but I lack power to merge it (I'll try anyway just to be sure). All CUDA 12 Python test jobs are being skipped currently by the CI scripts, but I think that could be fixed if the wholegraph developers want to install pytorch now that it supports CUDA 12. We shouldn't block this PR on that since builds are passing. |
