Minor clarifications, because I initially wasn't sure whether the existing docs were referring to RDMA in general or specifically to MOFED InfiniBand being disabled on the PyPI packages. Turns out it's RDMA in general that's missing, because PyPI has no
rdma-corewheel: rapidsai/ucx-wheels#20
