  • Creature sprites or wireframe shapes
  • Position in 3D view relative to player
  • Distance-based scaling
  • Visibility tied to light (cannot see creatures in dark)

  • Original used simple 2D sprites
  • Consider: wireframe creature outlines for style consistency
