Creature detection based on sound, light, and proximity.

Deliverables

  • Sound awareness (player actions make noise)
  • Light awareness (torch attracts attention)
  • Proximity awareness (creature sees player in range)
  • State transitions: unaware -> alert -> pursuing

Technical Notes

  • Core tension mechanic
  • Stealth is possible (no torch, careful movement)
