feat: revive #415
Description
Add revive to the runtime(s).
Worth discussing it to whether we remove pallet contracts.
Another thing to look at when implementing the pallet is the configurations for the pallet (coming from #412 (comment)). I think it would be valuable to create some sort of knowledge base that we build up about the pallet, starting with these configurations as a start.
