- Added `--cloud` and `--browser` flags to the `create` command for specifying cloud test runs and the browser to use. - Updated the `CreateRun` method in the client and service layers to accept new parameters for cloud configuration. - Modified relevant tests and mocks to accommodate the new functionality. - Updated documentation to reflect the addition of the new command options and usage examples.
