Description:

  • Run hvd tests without xdist: in distributed tests test will create communication group sequentially.
  • increase tolerence in test_idist_methods_overhead_hvd

Check list:

  • New tests are added (if a new feature is added)
  • New doc strings: description and/or example code are in RST format
  • Documentation is updated (if required)
