Something wrong with Visdom tests:

FAILED tests/ignite/contrib/handlers/test_visdom_logger.py::test_logger_init_env_vars

FAILED tests/ignite/contrib/handlers/test_visdom_logger.py::test_integration_with_executor
FAILED tests/ignite/contrib/handlers/test_visdom_logger.py::test_integration_with_executor_as_context_manager
ERROR tests/ignite/contrib/handlers/test_visdom_logger.py::test_logger_init_hostname_port

Let's first use pytest mark xfail to make CI green and then fix the problem.

Sorry that I haven't noticed that @soma2000-lang has planed to do this... Anyway, I have created a PR to do the skip the tests only.

The issue break the CI should be the update of visdom, visdom has released a new version 2 days ago, from 0.1.8.9 to 0.2.1 looks like they have some breaking changes.

@soma2000-lang if you like you can fix the visdom issue here or leave to me is also OK.
