While the readthedocs site is running, I don't have sufficient permission to setup the hook to trigger the doc build on every commit. @sdispater Can you help to add? I've added you as maintainer. |

This patch includes minimal configuration and fixes for the Sphinx warnings, making it possible to make the RTD builds succeed.
