Remove overly restrictive markupsafe version constraint

Currently, markupsafe is pinned to version 3.0.2.
Is there any reason to not allow higher patch versions like recently released markupsafe 3.0.3?

I suggest relaxing this restriction to markupsafe<4.

I don't remember exactly. I think you can try to unpin the version and see if it works.

Are you planning to release a patch version sometime soon?

I am asking because projects (including mine) having sphinx-js as a dependency are probably unable to update markupsafe to newer versions.
