cells-sync does not run in Ubuntu 24.10

Trying to run cells-sync in Ubuntu 24.10 gives the following error:

```
./cells-sync: error while loading shared libraries: libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

```

That library is not available for Ubuntu 24.10.
