DOC: `netcdf` package in related packages section in FAQ no longer exists

What is your issue?

Looking at faq.html#how-do-i-open-format-x-file-as-an-xarray-dataset

The package netcdf (https://pypi.org/project/netcdf/) looks to be a project that no longer exists on PyPI? PyPI | wayback machine. The GitHub repo (https://github.com/gersolar/netcdf) also doesn't look to exist.

Thought I'd make an issue as opposed to just a PR - maybe the package was renamed, or exists elsewhere. Not sure on the lore here :)
