Rich text module jest test conversion

I've just converted another jasmine test to jest. I think I have 1 or 2 left but let's see if this passes (which I think it will). If it does then I think the issue we are experiencing is only with the wysiwyg.test.js file. My plan is to:

• Delete the branch
• Delete the jest test file
• Switch to main, create a new branch
• Create a new file, paste in the necessary code and then push again

It just has to work out.
