- makes repo work with npm. - change default bin to use from `node bridge` to `ethereum-bridge` to match npm global install.
- resolves issue where previous version check would fail with v10. #49
-bitcore lib and mnemonic need to be explicitly required by parent, to avoid conflicts from other dependencies using differing versions.
