This PR corrects inaccurate project names or makes them more specific to the eligible project instead of the name of a funding/hosting org. Seeing ARG here is very confusing 🇦🇷 Edit: on second thought, actually I am not sure I agree with losing the EF moniker on teams. The EF being a large part of Ethereum governance is indeed a problem and having PG highlighting the teams that belong to the EF as a proxy to check "how much of the Ethereum core devs belong to EF" is a good thing. |

"EF Research" can be changed to "EF Consensus R&D" if we are being audited.
EF Research → EF Consensus R&D Consensys DDS → Dependable Distributed Systems (DDS) Removes "Offchain Labs" from aditya, moves to appropriate section

"EF Security" is also not the official name, the team name is "Protocol Security" |

We discussed this PR on our weekly ops call, and agreed that there should be a broader discussion about if/how to surface the funding org for PG members. However this PR helps make the naming convention more consistent and precise across all the various teams/projects, so we can merge this as-is and then make future updates as needed! |
