update go-git version from v4 to v5 fix GHSA-449p-3h89-pw88 GHSA-mw99-9chc-xw7r

One of the files is using the old go-git module that has been affected by several critical and high CVE's like GHSA-449p-3h89-pw88 GHSA-mw99-9chc-xw7r

The project is already using module github.com/go-git/go-git/v5 so just removed the older version.
