Support fuzzing for headers and request body parameters

Please describe your feature request:

Hi, for now nuclei can fuzz only query parameters, it will be nice if we can fuzz all parameters and headers

Support for following fuzzing locations should be added

### Tasks
- [x] Headers
- [x] Cookies
- [x] Body ( JSON, KV , RAW )
- [x] Path
