When using `pixi add --pypi -f <feature> <package>` reuse the existing `tool.pixi.feature` table

Problem description

As it is, a new [dependency-group] table will be created rather than using the existing [tool.pixi.feature.<feature>.pypi-dependencies] table

❯ pixi --version
pixi 0.63.2

we can add a check for existing feature pypi-deps table before defaulting to dependency-group
