Error message from `requires-pixi` should indicate the existence of `pixi self-update`

Problem description

> pixi install
Error:   × workspace requires pixi '==0.62.2', but I am 0.62.1

This should say something like "Try running pixi self-update --version 0.62.2"

Sounds good. The hint should only be added if the self_update feature is activated

If self_update is disabled, can we pipe through the relevant text i.e. the current way self-update CLI works from the Homebrew distribution?

Regardless of how you're supposed to update, it seems sensical to give some guidance if we can
