Update README.md for macOS local dev instructions

Faced some issues setting up Ruby for the first time on a mac. MAybe we can add some macOS instructions and a similar common issues section that I can update with the issues I faced.

A similar thing can be done for windows users as well.

building the website is indeed tricky and one of the many reasons we wanted to switch to another framework (#472). I typically use the Docker-based workflow already listed in the README.md.

Even though adding documentation for macOS/Windows could be useful (but difficult for us to verify), it would completely change once we change the framework.

You can use WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux). It’s quite easy , you get a full Linux environment, can run the preCICE website locally, and even connect it remotely to tools like VS Code. If people are interested, I can draft a temporary README explaining step-by-step how to set it up on Windows using WSL.

@MuhammadAashirAslam I would consider that the same as Linux and, as I wrote above, this documentation would need to be revamped later anyway.

Since we have Docker already, which works on both Windows and macOS, I think we can close this for now.
