Google Adsense support

I love the icaurs theme. Can you support Google adsense for this icaus theme?

• I have set up and configured my blog according to the Hexo docs and the Icarus docs;
• I have looked up Github issues and found no solutions to my problems.

Create a adsense.ejs under \themes\icarus\layout\widget folder with code provided by Google.

Add it on widgets section in your theme _config.yml

widgets:
    -
        # Widget name
        type: adsense
        # Where should the widget be placed, left or right
        position: right

You can embed Ads-Display ads your hexo-icarus blog.

New a ads by using [Ads-Display ads] and get a script.

Insert this script in .ejs file.

Ex:
Footer : /hexo/theme/hexo-theme-icarus/layout/common/footer.ejs
in container
