Skip tax-related transactions with zero amount Kauf28.txt is an unsupported edge case: it is a purchase of 4.09855 shares with an account debit of zero. The user will need to manually adjust their holdings to correct the share count going forward. We should mark it as a failure because it requires user interaction. Issue: portfolio-performance#5521
