[Feature Request] Corner and edge clinging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It can be annoying to drag a window to the edge of the screen to tile it when moving between monitors, as you can't move your mouse fast without putting it on the other monitor accidentally.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to enable the edge between monitors to become impassable for a short period of time when attempting to move a window through it once, or seperately enable the corners between monitors to always cling on your mouse while moving a window.

This is the purpose of corner barrier and edge barrier on KDE to help with that sort of snapping, SS below for reference
