Secure Boot support #2552

Posts have been made regarding secure boot many years again so making this one here for modern day cosmic.

Secureboot isn't exactly necessary for most people on linux, but outside of niche usecases the main concern for most people making these requests is dual booting with windows, which currently requires activating and deactivating secure boot every time you switch to accommodate certain anticheat software.

Bazzite has taken the role as the dominant gaming distro and allows for this to be done through a simple series of commands (https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Installation_Guide/secure_boot/#method-b-after-installation-method) so it would be beneficial to have an easy way to enroll in and sign for secureboot in Pop as well to stay competitive.

I am picturing this as an option under the (currently WIP) Firmware menu in settings, where the start of the process can be activated from
