[debt] remove `InspectMessageWrapper` and use upstream `UnpaidRemoteExporter`

Once repo is bumped to Polkadot SDK stable2506-1 or unstable2507 or newer, remove InspectMessageWrapper custom type and use vanilla UnpaidRemoteExporter from the SDK.
