Fixes pmndrs/drei#705 by mirroring changes made in the last release of three (r136), removing RGBM7Encoding, RGBM16Encoding, RGBDEncoding, RGBEEncoding, RGBEFormat, and GammaEncoding.

I think it's best for us to trim down to modules that we actually use and care to maintain, as these will continue to silently break as updates roll out to three without semver.
