Template compiler is throwing "Missing Template"

Consider my very simple component that is inheriting from another component:

import base from "src/components/base"

export default {
    extends: base,
}
</script>

When running ES Build I got an error coming from here:

This should not happen because there is no template since I'm inheriting the template from the parent compoent

I see that this line has changed on master, does it mean that the bug is already fixed?
