Stuck.

What version of TiDB Dashboard are you using (./tidb-dashboard --version)?

v7.1.5

1. By running curl at multiple locations, we found that the request was stuck because of the TiDB Dashboard's inner proxy.
2. Can't reproduce locally.
3. Temporarily bypass the proxy and connect directly to TiDB through TIDB_OVERRIDE_ENDPOINT.
